2 Halves brokered Accenture’s Official Technology Partnership with the Six Nations Rugby Championship and also provided sponsorship consultancy services to Accenture on their overall rugby union sponsorship programme.

The partnership with the Six Nations provided opportunities for Accenture to build their brand through TV exposure (on screen credits & interview backdrops) and print & online media logo exposure. An extensive hospitality & events programme was pivotal in building client relationships and developing new business opportunities. In addition employees throughout the organisation were engaged through a bespoke programme of activities.

Bringing technology expertise to the Six Nations, Accenture delivered the official iPhone app which reached the no. 1 spot for sports apps in both the UK & Ireland. Accenture also worked with title sponsor, RBS to help determine the RBS Player of the Championship through a mix of match analytics and social media sentiment analysis.
